- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in home health care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home health care or related field is preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate person-centered care with a focus on the individual needs of service users.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks as needed.
