Job Summary

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture/development with a strong focus on Field Service solutions.

3. Custom development experience utilizing Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) FSL API consumption (via Mulesoft)

4. Proven ability to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions including system integrations and custom development.

5. Expertise in Field Service concepts including scheduling optimization and resource management.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

7. Field Service SME with a Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

1. Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

2. Additional certifications in Salesforce Sales Service or Experience Cloud.

3. Experience with other enterprise platforms and integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft APIs).
