Key Responsibilities
.
Act as a techno-commercial lead for automation solutions (BMS PLC SCADA OT) combining technical know-how with sales strategies.
.
Support the sales team in lead generation bid preparation and solution positioning during pre-sales engagements.
.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities by analyzing CRM/project data and market trends.
.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients consultants contractors and system integrators to expand market reach.
.
Present value propositions technical demonstrations and solution benefits to decision-makers and stakeholders.
.
Prepare and deliver proposals quotations and commercial offers in alignment with client requirements and company strategy.
.
Lead the selection and recommendation of optimal solutions from the BMS PLC and SCADA portfolio to meet both technical and commercial objectives.
.
Drive product marketing initiatives including workshops webinars and technical training to increase customer awareness and adoption.
.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions conferences and networking events to promote solutions and build market visibility.
.
Work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure successful handover of sold solutions into execution.

Key Requirements
.
12–15 years of experience in techno-sales pre-sales product management and O&M within BMS PLC SCADA and OT/Automation.
.
Proven track record of business development client engagement and solution selling in automation or smart building solutions.
.
Hands-on experience in developing BMS Software and Graphics with expertise in at least one of the following platforms:
o EcoStruxure™ BMS Building Operation (Schneider Electric)
o Niagara Tridium
o Siemens Desigo / Apogee
o Johnson Controls Metasys
o Honeywell BMS / Trend Controls
o PLC & SCADA platforms including:
§ Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley PLC / FactoryTalk SCADA)
§ Aveva (Wonderware System Platform InTouch SCADA)
§ Siemens (S7 PLCs WinCC SCADA)
§ Schneider Electric Modicon PLCs

Strong technical expertise in automation industrial controls and smart building systems.

Excellent techno-commercial presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to work autonomously meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
