Job Summary
Facilities Student Assistant
Ready to kickstart your career while you study Ecolab is looking for a Facilities Student Assistant to keep our Copenhagen office running smoothly and buzzing with good energy. If you love being the goto person enjoy variety and want handson experience in a global company this role is for you.

What will you do:
- Support daily office operations in Copenhagen office
- Coordinate contractors safety checks and maintenance
- Keep the office tidy stocked and welcoming for colleagues and visitors
- Provide admin support to the Country Manager and Nordic Leadership Team
- Process invoices update databases and help streamline processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently studying for a Bachelors or Masters degree
- Excellent written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage but not essential
- Strong communicator with a serviceminded attitude
- Organized proactive and comfortable juggling different tasks
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Confident using digital tools and office software
