Job Summary
ScheduleDay shift8 or 10 hour shiftsMonday through FridayWeekends and holidays as assignedDuties Triage and assess patients in outpatient clinics Obtain vital signs and perform focused assessments Administer medications injections and immunizations Assist providers with minor procedures Provide patient education and discharge instructions Coordinate labs imaging and referrals Document all care in the electronic health record Follow infection control and safety standards Support chronic disease management and preventive careRequirements Active RN license in any US state BLS required ACLS preferred One year recent outpatient or acute care experience Experience with EHR systems Ability to pass federal background check and credentialing IHS or tribal health experience preferred
