Are you an Early Years Specialist looking for London pay rates without the commute

Nexter Recruitment is currently appointing 5 dedicated Early Years Professionals to join our specialist Luton team. We are a dedicated Early Years agency focused exclusively on providing high-standard pedagogical support to premier Private Day Nurseries across Luton (LU1 LU2 LU3) and Dunstable.

We provide our team with a professional platform to utilize their EYFS expertise locally while accessing premium hourly rates and industry-leading support.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements: To ensure the highest standards of Early Years delivery we require:

Specialist Experience: A minimum of 3 months recent paid experience within a UK Private Day Nursery setting (Ages 0-5).
Professional Practice: A proactive approach to the daily nursery routine including supporting all aspects of personal care hygiene and learning-through-play.
Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential for immediate placement.
Communication: Fluent English to support and model language development for children in the EYFS bracket.

The Hourly Rates (Weekly Pay):

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: 14.00 per hour
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner: 13.00 per hour
Early Years Assistant (Experience Required): 12.25 per hour
