Broke Hall Primary Schoolis looking to appoint a committed and motivated Business Support Assistant Apprenticeto join our friendly and popular school. We would welcome candidates who are well organised efficient flexible and will cover reception duties and support a wide range of roles within a busy office.
You will be working towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Qualification
You will:
be responsible for reception email and messenger duties
ensure that visitors and callers are welcomed and dealt with in a professional manner
input and process data on a PC utilising various software
support school staff with copying and various other administrative tasks
be able to liaise closely with colleagues
provide first aid treatment and support to sick pupils.
