Job Summary
Whether you are looking to begin your career in healthcare but dont know where to start or you are an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for a position we can help you. An exciting job opportunity has opened up at our residential care home in Thanet Kent.
We are looking for a strong and efficient yet gentle and compassionate professional with an utmost dedication for providing high quality care to our elderly residents. Experience is not essential as we provide ongoing expert training and support for the right candidate.
Our care home is truly a lovely place to work in. Its medium-sized accommodating a maximum of 31 elderly residents with a variety of needs who youll definitely grow fond of and you will be joining the friendliest team of carers.
You will assist our residents with daily activities personal care medication and to lead a more fulfilled life overall. Therefore having excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. Holding an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care would be preferred but not essential.
Your schedule depends on your availability - whether you are able to work only 3 days per week or more we will do our best to accommodate that.
