Job Summary

As a Senior IAM Analyst One Identity Manager you will:

Design implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the One Identity product suite.
Configure customize and maintain One Identity Manager including its data model and workflows.
Build enhance and support One Identity connectors for integration with enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain integrations using One Identity exposed APIs.
Implement authentication authorization and access control mechanisms aligned with IAM best practices.
Work with products such as One Identity Manager Safeguard Active Roles Defender and Starling 2FA.
Participate in end-to-end IAM solution delivery including requirements gathering solution design implementation and support.
Apply software engineering principles to deliver scalable secure and maintainable IAM architectures.
Support IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments leveraging modern DevOps practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of hands-on experience as a One Identity Manager Engineer / IAM Analyst.
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts including authentication authorization and access control.
Deep expertise in One Identity Manager including customization and data model configuration.
Proven experience building and maintaining One Identity connectors.
Strong working knowledge of One Identity APIs and integration capabilities.
Proficiency in at least one programming language preferably .
Solid experience with the One Identity product suite: Manager Safeguard Active Roles Defender Starling 2FA and related tools.
Experience working with cloud platforms microservices architectures containerization and DevOps practices.
Strong background in both IAM architecture and software engineering principles.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Translate business and security requirements into robust IAM solutions.
Design scalable and secure IAM architectures using One Identity technologies.
Customize and extend IAM solutions to meet complex enterprise needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM integration and access-related issues efficiently.
Ensure IAM implementations align with industry standards and best practices.
Adapt to evolving IAM technologies cloud platforms and security requirements.
