Job Summary
Job Description
MAB Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to join our supervision team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site ensuring compliance with approved designs specifications Saudi codes and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure quality safety and compliance.
Review shop drawings material submittals and method statements.
Ensure implementation in accordance with approved drawings specifications and Saudi Building Codes.
Coordinate with contractors consultants and client representatives.
Report site progress issues and non-conformities.
Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture.
1015 years of professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with an engineering consultancy company (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Saudi Codes standards and local authority requirements.
Proven experience in site supervision of residential commercial or mixed-use projects.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
Preferred
Experience working on high scale projects.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or eligibility is an advantage.
