What Youll Do
- Provide Level 2 technical support by resolving complex hardware software OS (Windows/macOS) printer and endpoint issues escalated from Level 1 ensuring fast resolution and minimal downtime.
- Install configure deploy and maintain desktops/laptops operating systems and enterprise client software delivering reliable on-site and remote user support aligned with company standards.
- Perform network and connectivity troubleshooting including wired/wireless networks VPNs peripherals and endpoint-related issues to ensure stable and secure access.
- Manage endpoint security and access including antivirus updates system patching user onboarding/offboarding account provisioning and device preparation while monitoring for security threats.
- Act as an escalation point and technical mentor for L1 teams; maintain ITIL-aligned documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles and collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements
What You Need
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field with prior experience as a Desktop Support Engineer IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware operating systems applications endpoint environments and advanced troubleshooting for system and connectivity issues.
- Networking Security & Cloud: Working knowledge of DNS DHCP IP addressing wireless troubleshooting endpoint security tools and exposure to cloud platforms scripting languages and IT projects.
- Communication & Customer Service: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills ability to clearly explain technical solutions to end users and business stakeholders with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Behavioral & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrates empathy patience emotional intelligence strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving when handling complex or high-pressure support scenarios.
