What Youll Be Doing
Lead planning and execution of aggregate production and operational projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones safety standards and quality expectations are met.
Monitor project performance budgets timelines and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes.
Identify and mitigate project risks while promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders contractors and regulatory partners to support project goals.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related engineering discipline project management or equivalent work experience.
Aggregates operations management background with proven capability managing projects.
Advanced understanding of geology mining methods and relevant regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated leadership skills overseeing multiple and diverse teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and advance business opportunities.
Work Environment
This role works in both office and field settings including active aggregate production sites. The position may involve exposure to varying weather conditions moving equipment and the need to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Travel to project sites may be required.

Ability to move through active aggregate operations including walking on uneven ground climbing stairs and accessing elevated areas.
Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods during site visits and project oversight activities.
Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 25 pounds as needed.
Capability to hear and see in a manner that supports safe navigation of production environments and effective communication.
Use of PPE such as hard hats safety glasses highvisibility clothing gloves and steeltoed footwear when on site.
