We are proudly partnering with a national leader in Workplace Health and Injury Management services who are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation professional to step into a State Manager role and own strategic growth and superior RTW performance / delivery for NT.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join at this level and you will be leading a small but growing team of Occupational Rehabilitation professionals in Darwin. Our client will offer you opportunities not widely available elsewhere as they continue to grow and expand into new areas and regions.

Key areas of the role are:

Managing a small but growing team of Rehabilitation Consultants
Capability building across the team creating succession plans and identifying development opportunities
Relationship management with referring workers comp partners
Driving operational performance growth and innovation across the state

You will be an accomplished Senior / Lead Rehabilitation Consultant currently working in Occupational Rehabilitation who is ready to step up to an area / state manager level role and are excited about the opportunities that can come with a growing region. Youll also have:

3-4 years Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience
Strong leadership skills gained either in Occ Rehab or perhaps a previous industry youve worked in
Been a Rehabilitation Consultant / Counsellor and progressed to senior / management level
A passion for people and service delivery innovation
