Key Responsibilities:
Digital Course Design and Development
Partner with subject matter experts across Operations Systems and GSOC to convert content into clear structured and engaging digital training modules.
Develop interactive eLearning courses using tools such as Captivate or similar authoring platforms.
Ensure training materials are well organized learner focused and instructionally sound.
Curriculum Planning and Learning Roadmap
Own and manage the full training curriculum and annual learning roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Align training content with operational competencies SOPs and performance metrics.
Deliver against defined annual training requirements including current fiscal year course plans.
Multimedia and AI Integration
Incorporate AI-generated voiceovers and multimedia elements to enhance learning effectiveness.
Ensure appropriate pacing visual alignment and a seamless learner experience across all training modules.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Prepare test and publish training content within LMS platforms such as Securitas Learning Management or equivalent systems.
Manage sandbox testing and production releases to ensure accuracy functionality and accessibility.
Coordinate course enrollment access control and completion tracking including managing restricted catalogs for designated user groups when required.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Work closely with subject matter experts operational leaders and stakeholders to gather input refine content and finalize training deliverables.
Proactively ask clarifying questions to ensure training materials and assessments are complete accurate and aligned with functional expectations.
Adapt quickly to evolving training needs and feedback.
Brand and Creative Alignment
Apply existing brand templates and design standards to training decks and digital learning materials when required.
Coordinate with creative leads to ensure consistency in layout typography and visual presentation particularly for content housed within the learning management system.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design digital learning development or corporate training environments.
Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of curriculum development instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Experience working with LMS platforms including content uploads testing and learner tracking.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools and multimedia integration.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to align learning outcomes to operational KPIs and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
