Position: Cleaning Operative (Full Time) Hours: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (40 hours per week) Location: Power Station Road Isle of Grain Rochester Kent ME3 0AR
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms offices and common areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Dust and wipe down surfaces furniture and equipment
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues
- Follow health and safety protocols
- Report maintenance concerns to supervisor
- Ensure all areas meet required cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness for manual tasks
- Reliable transportation (remote location)
- Attention to detail
