DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AI Project Analyst to help build an AI delivery capability within the existing Automation Delivery CoE and accelerate AI adoption across the this role you will identify and shape AI opportunities across teams processes and regions consolidating and structuring demand into a clean prioritized pipeline and project backlog that feeds directly into the CoE delivery roadmap. You will perform initial feasibility and impact assessments translate business needs into clear structured requirements for development teams and coordinate AI initiatives end-to-end from discovery and scoping through build testing UAT and deployment. Acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams you will also support adoption through enablement guidance and training. Throughout the lifecycle you will ensure each initiative complies with WTW AI standards policies and governance requirements contributing to consistent scalable and controlled AI delivery.
The Role
AI Opportunity Discovery & Pipeline Management
- Organise and consolidate the current pipeline of AI requests sent by business teams
- Maintain a structured up-to-date AI project backlog that feeds directly into the Automation teams delivery roadmap
- Conduct process reviews to identify new AI opportunities
- Perform initial assessments to determine if a case requires AI
AI Project Coordination
- Support AI developers by providing clear business context and structured documentation
- Track project progress and ensure timelines dependencies and risks are managed
- Facilitate UAT sessions gather feedback and support business readiness activities
- Communicate updates to management
Business Requirements & Communication
- Engage with SMEs to gather detailed requirements
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Deliver training on approved AI tools and create enablement assets (quick-start guides playbooks FAQs)
QualificationsRequired Skills (Must-Have)
University degree required (Business Engineering IT Data or related fields)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
24 years of experience in business analysis project coordination project management continuous improvement or similar roles
Strong communication skills able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Skilled at analysing processes and identifying automation/AI potential
Basic understanding of AI technologies (GenAI document intelligence classification chatbots OCR)
Organised able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and comfortable working in ambiguous or undefined environments
Proficiency in documentation process mapping and preparing structured requirements
