Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
2-7 years of Developer and Support professional experience & Oracle /SQL Database and have good debugging and analytical skills.
Manage incidents and Problems effectively in Production Support along with release support
Hands -on L2 Application support experience good to have healthcare domain experience.
Good to have Prod support tools knowledge i.e Service NowSplunkDynatrace.
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
Should be a quick learner and upskill new technology based on project needs.
Should have effective communication skills.
Should be able to do root cause analysis within SLA.
Be proactive and understand the business functionality.
Should be well versed with coding standards
Participate in code Walkover /Review meetings .
Take the ownership of the tasks and need to work independently.
Should coordinate with stake holders for any issue resolution as needed.
Able to understand the complete workflow of the Application.
Able to handle complex situations and reduce the business impact with minimum downtime.
Create support documentation.
Proactively identify any performance issues and recommend resolution
Ensure all incident tickets are resolved within SLA.
Must Have Skills:
Hands -on L2 Application support experience.
