Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide quality in-home care for clients in the Crossville and Cookeville areas. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to enhance their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health as required
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the care team
Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Compassionate patient and dependable with strong communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes around Crossville Cookeville area
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
