Attendant EVS Cleaner

The Attendant EVS Cleaner (Housekeeper) maintains high standards of maintenance and cleanliness for all facilities and casino. Provide outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
Cleaning of slot machines floors windows walls stairs and elevators in front and back of house areas.
Ensure cleanliness of casino and pavilion.
Clean disinfect and restock all restrooms in front and back of house areas.
Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Assist with guest requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess excellent teamwork interpersonal customer service verbal communication skills.
Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights weekends and holidays.
Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
