We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet to join our this role you will greet guests provide parking instructions and oversee the self-parking process to ensure a smooth safe and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy
- Parking and retrieving guest vehicles
- Direct guests to designated self-parking areas
- Provide clear instructions for payment and validation if applicable
- Monitor parking areas to ensure safety and compliance with property rules
- Assist guests with questions directions and luggage support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized parking environment
- Open vehicle doors and offer assistance to guests entering or exiting.
- Explain valet parking rates and car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
- Safely drive park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Report any vehicle damage injuries or incidents to management immediately.
