We are looking for a Controller Production to join our business and play a key role in driving financial performance and this position you will ensure accurate cost monitoring reporting and support decision-making that strengthens our operations and profitability.
Contract: 1 year fixed-term contract.
In this role you will:
Member of Jelenia Gora Operations management team provides expertise of Finance and other policy guidance to support operations.
Support business decisions through operational analysis including business performance measures & KPIs.
Coach business with finance related topics
Lead forecasting & budgeting process in Jelenia Gora Production. Manage the finance development and reporting of production operation unit.
Prepare monthly reporting according to recently created Global Supply organizations management system.
Driving cost competitiveness in production
Driving global management reporting structures and accuracy of financials at Jelenia Gora operations.
In charge of operation cost elements: capacity cost capacity utilization hourly rates absorption.
In charge of controlling inventory investments work in progress fix assets Net Working Capital.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting practices rules and regulations (SOX CAPEX IAS / IFRS PLGaap etc.) and corporate governance practices.
Adhering to companys Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures.
Adhering to companys Values Business principles and Code of conduct.
To be successful in this position you will need:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance or Economy.
Experience: 3-10 years experience of financial management business controlling and cost accounting; Experience in manufacturing and in international/global environment
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and excellent proficiency in Excel.
Solid experience in PowerBI is advantage.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts.
