Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies
Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
Support planning applications and building control submissions

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:
Proven residential & healthcare project experience
Strong technical design ability with a good eye for detail
Revit and AutoCAD experience
Good graphic and project management skills
