Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives for a warehouse located in Austell!

Qualifications for Customer Service Representatives:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

Associates degree in business management is preferred.
305 years of work experience in a customer service/order management role.
Possesses both initiative and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal speaking and written communication skills.
Systems experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of financial sales and requirements.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Customer Service Representatives:

Generate and accept outbound/inbound telephone calls.
Assist an outside sales representative by managing an assigned territory.
Conduct sourcing activities with suppliers in partnership with the procurement team including obtaining quotations and updating lead time data.
Continually analyze the marketplace and provide quotations to customers and keep customer pricing current.
Manages transportation responsibilities.
Processes requests for same products and materials.
Promptly and accurately manages all pricing disputes and issues related to returns.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
