Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Sales to join our team in Liverpool United Kingdom. As a key member of our executive leadership you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy leading our global sales team and accelerating revenue growth across all markets.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics
  • Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing global sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales set quotas and adjust strategies as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and high-level client meetings
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance and market conditions

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build lead and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in international sales and familiarity with global markets
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends
  • Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our companys sector
