We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer - Java Production Support - to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Java SQL/Oracle Angular

Proven experience in Java-based production support ideally with familiarity in SDLC CI/CD and cloud environments.

Analyze logs (Log4j Splunk) debug code and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

Hands-on Level 2 application support experience in Java

Experience in scheduling tools

Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain will be an added advantage

Willingness to work in shifts including weekends
