Job Summary
Want to make an impact in Newhauls growth
We are looking for a passionate Training Superintendent to shape the next chapter of Newhauls growth.
You will take ownership of all technical and compliance training across our Road Port and Workshop divisions.
A newly created leadership role where youll build structure uplift capability and lead a network of highly skilled Driver Trainers who coach and assess our operators.
This is your chance to make your mark drive operational excellence and support the development of a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications :
What You Bring
Several years experience in technical training with operational capability in transport logistics mining.
Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of NHVAS CoR and heavy-vehicle compliance and LMS systems
Experience in managing on-road coaching/training programs and lead field-based trainers
Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership
