The Manager of Information Technology is responsible for the strategic leadership management and oversight of the APCI Federal Credit Unions (APCI FCU) information technology (IT) infrastructure cybersecurity posture and digital systems in accordance with established APCI FCU NCUA FFIEC Air Products and Chemicals Inc. (APCI) and other relevant policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

This role ensures the reliability security and scalability of technology platforms while aligning IT initiatives with the APCI FCUs strategic goals regulatory requirements and member service objectives.

Nature and Scope: The position is a member of the APCI FCUs management team and reports to the APCI FCUs Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition to the primary accountability for overall IT operations the Manager of IT partners closely with executive leadership department heads vendors and regulators to deliver secure efficient and innovative technology solutions that support operational excellence and member experience. Description:

APCI FCU provides financial services to Select Employee Group (SEG) employees and members of their immediate family and households as outlined in the Field of Membership (FOM) charter for APCI FCU. The APCI FCU provides a broad range of financial related products and services including mobile banking remote deposit capture vehicle loans refinance mortgage loans personal loans MasterCard savings checking share certificates and IRAs. Loan amounts range from $500 to $while individual member deposits range from $5 to over $1000000.

While having only a single physical location in Allentown PA the APCI FCUs members span over the 50 U.S. states in addition to a small international contingent. Larger member concentrations are located in Pennsylvania Texas California Arizona and Louisiana. The APCI FCU reaches its members through a variety of channels including internet mobile app telephone outbound calls and direct mail.

The position is also required to be available to work nights weekends holidays and be available for any situation where IT support is needed.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Five or more years of progressive IT experience including leadership responsibility.

• Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure and Data Security.

• Experience in creating Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

• Excellent verbal written and group communication skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the APCI FCUs IT strategy in alignment with the strategic plan and business objectives while serving as the strategic advisor to executive management on technology trends risks and opportunities.

• Lead mentor and develop IT staff and manage relationships with core processors technology vendors and managed service providers.

• Oversee the daily IT operations including networks servers cloud services telecommunications and end-user support.

• Establish and maintain IT policies procedures standards and documentation.

• Oversee cybersecurity monitoring incident response vulnerability management and penetration testing.

• Ensure disaster recovery business continuity and incident response plans are tested and maintained.

• Partner with the Compliance team and other APCI FCU departments on audits exams and risk assessments.

• Prepare reports for executive management IT Steering Committee Cyber Security Team and Board of Directors. Perform other duties and complete projects assigned by executive management.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field is required.

• Experience in a financial institution or regulated environment is preferred but is not required.

• Certifications in cybersecurity risk project or IT management are preferred but are not required.

• Flexibility to work nights weekends holidays and be available for any situation where IT support is needed.

• Expected travel: 5%.

• A valid drivers license is required.
