Seeking a proactive Solution Manager focusing on innovative AI and software solutions for uni- and multivariate signal processing for Bosch Manufacturing. Driving the rollout of Corporate Research (CR)s Applied AI and Software Business (BIS) solutions in Asia Pacific (APAC). This managerial role bridges between BISs technical AI and software teams and the plants in APAC. It supports fast and easy plant access to BIS self-service no- or low-code solutions as part of an innovation-driven feasibility study. It further performs requirements engineering and innovation workshops with plants demonstrates the solutions to plants collects user feedback and support requests supports plant deployments and performs competitor analyses. Ideal for individuals with potential and ambition to mentor teams in their future career.

Focus: AI and software self-service no-/low-code solutions for uni- and multivariate signal processing with Bosch plants in APAC as target group.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements engineering and innovation workshops with APAC plants as input for the AI and software solution development.
• Performing competitor analyses.
• Build up stakeholder networks in APAC manufacturing for trustful collaborations.
• Serve as primary operational contact in APAC.
• Provide hands-on deployment support demos and support troubleshooting for BIS AI and software solutions in APAC.
• Communicate with BIS teams worldwide to successfully bridge between APAC plants and technical teams.
• Collaborate with US DE and IN teams on rollouts compliance and export control.
• Coordinate stakeholder visits plant tours and US DE and IN delegations.
• Support communication and marketing material development with contracted UX support for China/APAC.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering/computer science with a strong background in uni- and multivariate signal processing
• Strong background in plant operations.
• 5 years plus experience.
• Proven track record of working successfully with AI and software teams as well as the manufacturing domain.
• Strong result-orientation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for APAC stakeholder engagement.
• Experienced in collaborating with interdisciplinary international teams.
• Managerial potential to lead/mentor future hires.
• Travel-ready for APAC; Mandarin language speaker; fluent English; German a plus.
