The Specialist Global Marketing plays a key high-impact role in driving the execution of MSCs Global Marketing Strategy across the Americas region. Acting as a regional marketing lead and strategic partner to Commercial teams and Agency Marketing functions this role is accountable for translating global priorities into effective regional initiatives that deliver measurable commercial impact.
Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing Americas MENA and Oceania the Specialist contributes to a major organizational shift toward more strategic customer-centric marketing. The role combines strategic thinking regional coordination and hands-on execution with a strong focus on campaign performance consistency governance and marketing best practices across multiple markets.
Level of Responsibility
Enhanced task complexity and accountability toward regional business objectives and customer outcomes. High degree of autonomy in planning prioritization and execution of regional marketing initiatives. Acts as a regional subject-matter expert and functional leader influencing stakeholders across markets without direct line management. Accountable for the quality accuracy timeliness and effectiveness of assigned projects and processes. May coach guide and review the work of agency marketing teams and junior contributors as required.
Key Tasks
- Contribute to the delivery of MSCs Global Marketing Strategy with a strong focus on the Americas region ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and business objectives.
- Own the planning coordination and execution of the regional marketing roadmap ensuring consistency with the Global Marketing Plan and high-quality delivery across initiatives.
- Project-manage and execute global and regional marketing campaigns (e.g. sector-specific initiatives) working closely with Global Marketing Regional teams and Agency Marketing functions.
- Lead the regional rollout of campaign elements including events content development communications and media plans to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Act as the regional marketing interface between Global Marketing Agency Marketing teams and Commercial stakeholders ensuring alignment clarity of priorities and effective collaboration.
- Support the Head of Regional Marketing on ad-hoc strategic and operational projects providing coordination analysis and execution support.
- Support regional marketing planning and budget monitoring ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with approved priorities.
- Promote the adoption of marketing best practices tools and standards across agency marketing teams to improve consistency effectiveness and compliance.
Qualifications :
Skills / Experience:

- University or College degree (in Marketing or Business related field preferred).
- 5 years in marketing coordination communications or related roles.
- Experienced in operating at Marketing Management level - with experience in a similar role in a customer-focused organization.
- Demonstrable skills and experience in strategic and operational marketing.
- Strong inter-personal skills to build relationships work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in being accountable for budgets ROI and delivering profitable revenue
- Ability to drive innovation: track record of creativity and self-motivation
- Strong analytical and planning management skills
- Ability to work across business and champion the customer and marketing whilst balancing business needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and to make decisions and good judgment even in stressful situations.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Have critical attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects and have creative problem-solving skills
- CRM experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills including group presentations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
