Job Summary
Plan in-house mold maintenance based on high production demand
Work closely with the Lead Plant to resolve mold repair issues.
Transfer and implement mold maintenance expertise from the Lead Plant.
Lead and plan the release of new in-house mold projects.
Support productivity improvement projects in the tool shop such as reducing service time and enhancing technician competency.
Support quality improvement for molding spare parts and stock optimization.
Drive tool availability improvements through projects such as system CIP (Continuous Improvement Process).
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Bachelors in Engineering or related fields (Tool & Die / Plastic Molding are preferrable).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Tool & Die molding including tool servicing cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Experience in mold maintenance planning.
Advanced problem-solving skills including the 8D process for tooling and molding issues.
Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.
Hands-on experience in plastic injection molding repair and service.
Solid understanding of the plastic injection molding process.
Proficiency in English (speaking and listening).
