Baking Center Manager

Leadership expertise and business in one role.

As Baking Center Manager you are the technical and content-driven figurehead of the Algist Baking Center. You combine people management technical expertise strategy and commercial acumen. You build a strong team vision structure and generate impact. You ensure that the Baking Center directly contributes to commercial growth. You report to the Commercial Director Benelux and work together with Sales Marketing Technical Advisors and International colleagues.

Your role and impact:

• You lead and coach 4 Baking Advisors.
• You develop talent and strengthen competencies from craft to industry.
• You bring focus structure and clear priorities.
• You support sales and marketing with technical firepower.
• You are a sparring partner for key customers.
• You translate market insights into clear choices and positioning.
• You position the Baking Center as a reference.
• You guide testing demos and industrial trials.
• You ensure knowledge sharing within the team the organization and with customers..

Qualifications :

Manager aiming for a top of mind market position

Job Requirements:

• You have extensive experience in the bakery or ingredients industry
• Knowledge of yeast fermentation baking ingredients and baking processes
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of the French language is a strong asset.
• Experience in people management
