Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join our Finance team! This role will be responsible for the development maintenance and optimization of master data within the finance ERP systems. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance IT and operational departments to ensure accurate data capture integrity of data flow and seamless integration between financial systems and the ERP. This role will also support KPI/dashboard development and leverage advanced tools for data analysis and reporting.
This role offers a 4-day 40-hour work week Monday-Thursday. DP operates a primarily hybrid work environment with in-person requirements at our Colorado office. The frequency of on-site work varies by department and is subject to change based on operational needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Data Analytics or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis data governance or related finance roles
- Experience in data governance frameworks data quality management or metadata management
- Experience with reporting and dashboards including optimizing reports for performance with moderate data volumes using applicable software (e.g. Power BI)
- Proficiencies with financial systems (e.g. NetSuite BI tools)
- Strong Excel and data modeling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments and with external partners
- Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
- Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
Upon request qualifying need and approval driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.
Preferred
Exposure to data warehousing and AI tools for analytics
Strong understanding of data governance best practices and financial data architecture.
Experience with NetSuite and NSPB
QualificationsKey Responsibilities
- Define analyze manage and reconcile master data across NetSuite ERP and NSPB Platforms
- Develop and maintain reference guides and training materials for master data workflows (creation edits deactivations)
Gatekeep NetSuite master data updates to ensure compliance and integrity.
Develop a deep understanding of all financial systems and support the integration of these systems (e.g. Paycom) with NetSuite ERP
Collaborate with IT to develop system interfaces ETLs data automation solutions and enhancements to ERP processes
Partner with external vendors (e.g. RSM) to support ERP interface development data transformation and system testing
Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards and visualizations (e.g. Power BI) by integrating data from NetSuite and other financial systems
Build maintain and improve organization-wide KPI and metrics dashboards in partnership with operations leaders and in alignment with IT platforms
Develop and maintain documentation for definitions calculations data sources and processes related to KPI and dashboard generation
- Partner with IT and Finance leadership to explore data warehousing and AI platforms for financial analysis and KPI reporting
- Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements to enhance data efficiency and accessibility across the organization
- Partnering with the agency FP&A and accounting to align data to support strategic decision
