We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburrer to join our team in Poole Dorset. This role involves working with high-quality CNC machined components ensuring they meet the exacting standards required for aerospace applications. Responsibilities
As a Deburrer your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deburring external surfaces and edges of CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts.
- Handling internal cross drilling and internal/external threads of aircraft components.
- Utilizing hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
- Performing final part marking and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
- Understanding and applying aerospace deburring techniques.
- Working with a variety of materials to achieve precise results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in deburring CNC machined components.
- Familiarity with aerospace deburring processes (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience working in a machine shop environment.
- Ability to work with various materials and tools effectively.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
- Starting your shift at either 7am or 8am and finishing at 4pm or 5pm with flexibility available.
- Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to ensure components meet customer specifications.
- Using a variety of tools and techniques to deburr and finish components to the highest standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
