WANTED! An experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to lead and drive residential sales in a thriving and successful Wimbledon Village based agency. This is a role key role for a polished property professional with strong negotiation valuation and business-winning skills.

This role offers the opportunity to join a successful and expanding independent Estate Agency in Wimbledon Village.

Youll play a pivotal part in driving the sales department developing business and delivering outstanding client service while progressing your career within a supportive environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and motivating the sales team
• Generating new business and securing instructions
• Conducting valuations and winning listings
• Managing applicants vendors and the full sales progression process
• Driving revenue and achieving targets
• Delivering strong client service throughout the sales journey
• Growing market share within Wimbledon Village and surrounding areas

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Proven ability to win instructions and close deals
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Professional telephone manner and positive attitude
• Self-motivated personable and confident with clients
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Wimbledon and nearby areas is an advantage
• Full driving licence and own car
• Professional proactive approach to Estate Agency
