This position will also manage the vendor network conduct property surveys and execute various duties as assigned by the Company Owners or Property Managers.
- Prioritize resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to assess problems and determine potential solutions.
- Consistently monitor work orders ensuring that they are completed to the satisfaction of residents and clients in a timely manner. Carefully compare invoices to the requested work addressing any discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Source new vendors and nurture lasting relationships with existing vendors to maintain a reliable and high-quality network.
