Sofia Bulgaria (On-site) Full-time

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Agent you will support Slovenian-speaking customers across multiple communication channels delivering professional service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat

  • Provide accurate and clear information about products and services

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow internal policies procedures and quality standards

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 23:00

  • Sunday: 10:00 19:00

  • Rotational shifts within these hours

Salary and Benefits
