As an Account Executive (Italian market) you will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients in the marketing and digital advertising space. Youll act as a strategic partner to your clients understanding their goals identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable results.

This is a consultative sales role ideal for someone who enjoys combining relationship management data-driven decision-making and strategic selling.


What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Own and grow a portfolio of B2B clients driving revenue across strategic product areas

  • Develop and execute account strategies using structured sales tools processes and data insights

  • Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients through a multichannel approach (email phone virtual meetings)

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maximizing sales potential

  • Apply a value-based consultative selling approach to understand client goals and recommend impactful marketing optimizations

  • Educate clients on product capabilities best practices and performance benchmarks

  • Translate client marketing objectives into clear actionable strategies

  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts ensuring timely support and tailored recommendations

  • Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain strong knowledge of products processes and industry trends


What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Italian and English (written & spoken)

  • Experience in sales account management customer service or outsourcing environments

  • Solid understanding of sales strategies pipelines and performance metrics

  • Previous exposure to marketing digital advertising or B2B environments

  • Strong ability to apply consultative and value-driven selling techniques

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-oriented environment

  • Highly organized self-motivated and proactive

  • Confident using MS Office tools

  • Experience with CRM systems (or similar platforms) is a strong advantage

Compensation & Rewards

  • 1687.26 gross base salary

  • 728 EUR target performance bonus

  • 25 monthly allowance (transport / internet)
