Responsibilities

Engage with German-speaking customers through inbound and outbound communication channels

Identify customer needs and present suitable products and service solutions in a clear and persuasive manner

Drive sales conversions while maintaining a professional consultative and customer-centric approach

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales and quality targets

Handle customer questions objections and service requests with confidence and empathy

Accurately document customer interactions offers and outcomes in internal CRM systems

Follow established sales processes and compliance guidelines throughout the customer journey

Collaborate closely with team leaders and colleagues to continuously improve performance
Qualifications

Fluent German (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken

Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication

Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills

Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results

Previous experience in sales customer service or contact center environments is an advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment

Confident with digital tools CRM systems and multitasking across platforms
