Job Summary
About the job: Phlebotomy Team Leader (Laguna) Hybrid
Work Setup: Mon-Tues Makati Head Office; Wed-Fri WFH
Work schedule: 8am - 5pm
The Phlebotomy Team Leader is responsible for the administrative supervision and operational oversight of all phlebotomy staff. This role ensures the consistent delivery of safe accurate and patient-centered specimen collection services across all hospital areas. The team leader coordinates schedules manages performance ensures compliance with regulatory standards (DOH ISO 15189 JCI) and fosters a culture of quality and service within the Phlebotomy Unit.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in medical technology nursing or another health-related discipline.
- Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC) or relevant certification
- Certifications (Preferred): Training in Leadership Team Supervision or Healthcare Management; Certification in ISO 15189 Quality Management or Phlebotomy Training
- Coordination is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in phlebotomy or clinical laboratory services.
- At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Knowledge of clinical standards for specimen collection and laboratory quality Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools and documentation systems
- Organized proactive and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment
