*The Robotic Process Automation UiPath Developer II position has the ability to work fully remote from Washington Oregon or Idaho.*

Role Summary:

Under the supervision of the PMO Program Manager/Team Leader the RPA UiPath Developer II is responsible for the design development implementation and documentation of RPA solutions using the UiPath Automation platform. This position works closely with the RPA Champion and Product Owner to implement bots that reduce Team Member workload throughout the Credit Union. Secondarily this position will work with Business Analysts Project Managers and Product Owners to identify opportunities to replace existing bots through the requirements development process for upgrades to existing systems or replacements. As part of the Process Improvement/Quality Assurance (PIQA) team this role is expected to contribute to tactical process improvement initiatives that are strategically aligned with the goals of the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Execute RPA development tasks in coordination with Business Analysts Product Owners Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders.
  2. Stay up to date with the latest RPA trends and technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  3. Promote the Quality Assurance process across the company through active participation on teams supporting initiatives for strategic business improvements.
  4. Advocate for escalation of reported issues.
  5. Must consistently display and maintain integrity courtesy tact and diplomacy with current and potential members peers staff and vendors.
  6. Member- and relationship-centered in perspective.
  7. Build and grow a network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization.
  8. Collaborate with Quality Assurance team members to improve the Quality Assurance process on a continuous basis.
  9. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams during RPA development sustainment and retirement.
  10. Technical/Professional writing skills essential to document bots system dependencies and bugs.
  11. Adept at managing communications both vertically and horizontally across the organization as well as with vendors.
  12. Promote established governance standards for approved process improvements and change control.
  13. Identify and communicate risks and issues that may require changes to bot or associated systems.
  14. As part of the PIQA team communicate governance standards for approved process improvements and change control.
  15. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365: Word Excel Teams OneNote Excel PowerPoint.
  16. A capable independent contributor as well as a team player.
  17. Multi-task and work separate projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under extremely tight timelines (demonstrated time management skills).
  18. Must demonstrate a tolerance for ambiguity when making decisions and executing work.
  19. Strong understanding and adherence to industry best practices compliance standards and regulations for RPA data security and privacy.
  20. Proficiency in analytical thinking and information sourcing.
  21. Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize automation solutions.
  22. Review system documentation to ensure technical accuracy compliance and completeness.
  23. Use methodologies specific to quality review functions in the system life cycle that spell out what to do and when.
  24. Utilize stories system requirements design specifications and any other relevant documentation as a basis to plan develop document and execute RPA development.
  25. Assist with monitoring incident reporting tracking results of defect resolution efforts through the software lifecycle from design to retirement.

About You:

  1. Experienced Software Developer: C# Javascript Typescript.
  2. Experienced with Structured Query Language (SQL).
  3. Experienced with both Rest and SOAP APIs.
  4. Experienced UiPath RPA Developer (RE framework UiPath UiPath Orchestrator queues jobs packages assets etc.).
  5. Knowledge of best practices in RPA governance deployment and maintenance.
  6. Experience with GIT Source Control.
  7. Strong knowledge of the software and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
  8. Ability to evaluate requirements against identified system environments QA/testing criteria and business unit needs.
  9. Strong analytical quantitative and information sourcing skills.
  10. Familiarity with data reporting methodologies and related tools: Tableau PowerBI etc.
  11. Familiarity with Process flow and engineering diagraming tools such as Microsoft Visio Lucidchart etc.
  12. Familiarity with Automated Testing Tools.
  13. Familiarity with Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery/Deployment pipelines (CICD).
  14. Proficient with Software Development/testing tools: Azure Dev Ops Jira/Confluence etc.
  15. Strong Technical/Professional writing and oral communication skills.
  16. Ability to design develop document deploy and maintain RPA bots.
  17. Ability to clearly explain technical and analytical information (verbally and written).
  18. Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to changes in technology evolving technologies and new technologies.
  19. Ability to innovate while solving problems.
  20. Accountable for results.
  21. Ability to participate on multi-disciplinary teams supporting initiatives for strategic business improvements.
  22. Exercise sound judgment when performing duties and working with members and staff.


Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  1. Bachelors Degree Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  2. Minimum of three (3) years experience in Robotic Process Automation.
  3. Minimum of two (2) years experience developing deploying and supporting UiPath solutions.
  4. Minimum of three (3) years programming experience in C# Javascript Typescript.
  5. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in place of the criteria listed above.
  6. Knowledge of software and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
  7. UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification preferred.
  8. Experience working on Agile Scrum/Kanban teams.
  9. Familiarity with the Project Management Lifecycle.

Full Salary Range:

Richland WA: $80168.40-$131498.25
Spokane WA: $80168.40-$131498.25
Renton WA: $100899.62-$168166.03

*While our full pay range is listed most new team members typically start between the minimum and midpoint based on their experience and qualifications. This approach gives room to grow within the role as your career progresses with us!
