Description

The Web Operations Manager oversees the development maintenance optimization and performance of all WordPress-powered websites across Nekia Nichelle LLC and its divisions. This role ensures our digital platforms are polished secure high-performing and aligned with both brand vision and business goals.

This is a hands-on systems-minded role for someone who understands WordPress deeply and enjoys owning the full lifecycle of web operations.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Maintenance

• Manage and maintain all WordPress websites including business corporate LMS multivendor and fully custom builds

• Update websites with digital ads landing pages and promotional content as needed

• Ensure ongoing site health security and performance

Web Development

• Build customize and support WordPress websites ranging from templated to fully custom solutions

• Configure CMS environments plugins themes and third-party integrations

• Perform intermediate-level custom development using HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP

SEO Performance & Optimization

• Optimize sites for speed performance and user experience

• Implement SEO best practices and technical optimizations

• Monitor performance metrics and proactively address issues

Website Migration & Infrastructure

• Handle website migrations including hosting domains and platform transitions

• Support site launches rebuilds and restructuring initiatives

Team Support & Collaboration

• Support internal team members with platform setup and technical troubleshooting

• Collaborate with editorial marketing and operations teams

• Document processes configurations and best practices for internal reference

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience with WordPress (multi-site LMS e-commerce or custom builds preferred)

• Working knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP (intermediate level)

• Experience with SEO optimization performance tuning and site security

• Organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple platforms

• A builders mindsetsomeone who enjoys improving systems not just maintaining them
