Key Responsibilities

Organize maintain and update physical and digital records

Ensure records are accurately filed indexed and easily retrievable

Review records for completeness accuracy and compliance with company policies

Assist with data entry document scanning and record digitization

Manage record retention schedules and disposal procedures

Protect confidential and sensitive information at all times

Respond to internal requests for records and documentation

Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information

Support audits and internal reviews as required

Maintain compliance with data privacy and information security standards
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Prior experience in records management data administration or document control preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
