We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support data management and administrative operations in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating verifying and maintaining data across organizational systems while ensuring data integrity confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter update and maintain data in internal databases and information systems
Verify data for accuracy completeness and consistency
Review source documents and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies
Generate routine reports and assist with data audits as required
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing
Maintain organized records and documentation
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
Minimum of 13 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP CRM or database management systems
Familiarity with data quality standards and confidentiality requirements
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $40000 $60000 USD commensurate with experience skills and geographic location
