Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Digital Network Analyst to monitor analyze and optimize enterprise digital network performance reliability and security. The successful candidate will support network operations through data analysis troubleshooting and performance reporting to ensure stable and efficient digital communications.
This position is open exclusively to U.S. residents who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Applications from candidates residing outside the U.S. will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze network performance traffic and availability
Identify troubleshoot and resolve network issues and anomalies
Support network optimization capacity planning and reporting initiatives
Assist in maintaining network security compliance and documentation
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to support operational objectives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
35 years of experience in network analysis or network operations
Knowledge of networking protocols performance monitoring tools and data analysis techniques
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
