Job Summary
Our client is a leading global system integrator with a strong track record in enterprise technology. With deep expertise in SAP ERP cloud solutions and data & AI services the organization partners with businesses to modernize operations optimize performance and drive innovation at scale.
Expertise:

Strong understanding of L&D strategy skills gap analysis and curriculum design

Ability to build scalable learning frameworks integrated with HR systems

Excellent facilitation stakeholder management and communication skills

Familiarity with SAP Learning Hub LMS tools or certification tracking tools is a plus

Exposure to Microsoft Suite and Power BI is beneficial
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Sciences or a similar discipline
- Certifications in Learning & Development OD or Coaching are a plus
- 68 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development
- Experience in IT services ERP SAP or a consulting environment is advantageous
- Strong IT background with data fluency and familiarity with SAP learning platforms
