Job Summary

This global law firm is creating a new employment practice in Hong Kong and seeks a dedicated employment specialist to lead and develop the offering. This is a strategic new headcount for the firm designed to complement a growing regional network of employment lawyers and to meet growing client demand across Asia. The role will appeal to an experienced practitioner who is ready to shape a practice drive market presence and work alongside colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on crossborder mandates.

The successful partner will advise on the full spectrum of contentious and noncontentious employment matters including HR advisory investigations employee mobility restructuring and disputes. You will collaborate closely with the firms corporate regulatory insurance and commercial teams contributing to multidisciplinary matters where employment input is increasingly central. A strong track record in managing client relationships supervising teams and delivering highquality pragmatic advice is essential.
