The Role

The Sales Account Manager Health Corporate & Performance (HCP) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market engagement across key segments including health and corporate wellness performance facilities and public sector partners. The role requires proactive field engagement with clients identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet complex organisational needs.

This position plays a critical role in expanding the companys presence in Saudi Arabia by developing new business maintaining strong client relationships managing a portfolio of products and services and ensuring excellence throughout the sales cycle. Close collaboration with internal teams and alignment with strategic priorities is essential to achieve revenue and market development objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales business development or account management preferably in wellness health corporate services or related solutions.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales deals and delivering consultative solutions.
  • Strong ability to generate leads build a robust pipeline and close revenue-generating contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic commercial environment.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented sales professional with a strong track record of developing new business and exceeding targets. They will have demonstrated experience building lasting relationships with corporate governmental and health sector clients backed by a consultative sales approach and sound commercial judgement.

This person should be comfortable engaging clients in the field navigating complex organisational structures and presenting tailored solutions that align with client objectives. A proactive professional demeanor and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
