Job Summary

Receipt & Inspection: Receive raw materials and packaging components verifying quantity and physical integrity against the Invoice and PO.
Dispensing Assistance: Assist in the accurate weighing and dispensing of materials in a controlled environment for the production team.
Storage Management: Ensure materials are stored in designated areas (e.g. Ambient Cold Room Quarantined) according to their specific storage conditions.
Inventory Control: Maintain real-time stock accuracy using ERP/SAP systems and ensure physical stock matches the system records.
Status Labeling: Ensure all containers are correctly labeled with Quarantine Sampled Approved or Rejected status stickers.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to cGMP/cGDP (Good Distribution Practices) follow FIFO/FEFO principles and operate material handling equipment safely.
