Roles & Responsibilities :
Monitoring/Reporting of LSP-relevant KPIs and drive PDCA approach for failures
Definition of service-provider relevant process requirements (i.e. storage strategies IT set-ups)
Coordination and support of external warehousing processes in operations
Ensuring inbound and outbound deliveries in regards to compliance with customer requirements and foreign trade rules
Backing of Auditing at LSPs (Technical and Compliance)
LSP development projects (Support to Warehouse Maturity Topics)
Support Local Warehouse Managers (e.g. 2nd level support LSP improvements WMS support Audit preparation)
Management and development of LSPs including optimization projects
Governance & support to Local Warehouse managers
Support for Warehouse implementation/move/phase out
Handling Regional Compliance Topics related to Warehouse Locations
Implement compliance Management sytem for warheouse and track the compliance requirements at warehouses together with stakeholders
Support for Access Management for the Warehouse associates
Drive Continuous Improvement Projects at warehouses (CIP) along with BPS / Lean-wave
Governance and Coordination of Vendor Returns and Material Scrapping process across warehouse
Drive and Optimize Inventory Management and analysis with Business Divisions
Document Archival Process Governance at implemented warehouse
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Graduate in Logistics and supply chain preferred
Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling warehousing operations or compliance topics for similar industry
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Basic knowledge in MS Office MS Excel
Preferable Power BI tool
Good in English & Hindi Communication
Compliance and Warehouse related field
Relevant certificate in compliance.
Knowledge of SAP and equivalent ERPs
Preferred Skills :
Understanding of statutory regulations applicable to WHs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse LSP Managers and Corporate team.
