Job Summary
We are looking for confident energetic and customer-oriented Game Presenters fluent in Russian to join an international live gaming studio environment. This is an on-site permanent position in Bucharest offering a stable contract attractive salary package and performance-based bonuses.
Position Overview
As a Game Presenter you will host live games in a professional studio setting engaging with online players in real time. You will ensure that all games are presented in an entertaining accurate and responsible manner while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Host and present live games in Russian in a professional studio environment

Interact with players in a friendly engaging and respectful manner

Follow game procedures compliance rules and presentation standards

Maintain high-quality performance appearance and communication

Work closely with studio teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Deliver an entertaining and fair gaming experience at all times
Work Schedule
-
3 rotating shifts per month
-
5 working days / 2 days off
-
Workdays may include weekends and public holidays

1.5 to 2 hours of work followed by a 30-minute break

Shift bonuses applied for night weekend and holiday work
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary:

First 9 months:

4124 RON net / approx. 828 net

7049 RON gross / approx. 1418 gross

After 9 months:

5022 RON net / approx. 1008 net

8585 RON gross / approx. 1727 gross

Bonuses & Extras:

Performance bonus after 3-month probation: 3000 RON net (609)

25% for night shifts

10% for weekend shifts

100% for public holiday shifts

Local candidates in Bucharest: No relocation or accommodation support

Local candidates from other Romanian cities:

One-time relocation bonus of 2850 RON net / 4872 RON gross paid with first salary (employment must be active on payment date)
